# Certified Relational Life Therapy Coach (RLT by Terry Real) · Trauma-Informed Certified Coach (ICF)

> #### *“How do I even begin to describe what it's like to be coached by Eva? She has the calmest, most grounded presence and made me feel like everything is going to be okay from the first session. But then, through coaching, I learned how to make myself feel that everything is okay. Eva doesn't just listen and nod and ask how I feel about it... she gives tools and teaches skills that I practice daily so I can be a better person. Everyone who knows me sees the difference and most importantly, I feel it in me. Thank you, Eva, for all your care and support. I'm forever grateful.”* - R.B.

## Hey, I'm Eva.

For more than 16 years, I helped build and manage fast-growing tech companies, working closely with founders, leaders, and teams through growth, conflict, burnout, and constant change.

Today, I'm a certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) practitioner and coach. My sessions are active, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll slow things down, notice old patterns as they're happening, and practice new ways of responding that create lasting change.
